💬 Patient Update
5 months ago, I met someone who had been living with knee pain for over a year.
They’d stopped exercising, seen countless people for help, and still had no lasting relief.
After our session on 1st March, we discovered the real culprit wasn’t just the knee — but poor hip mobility. With the right stretches, exercises, and a clear plan, the goal was simple: get him moving confidently again.
Today, I received this message:
“Honestly just want to thank you for changing my entire life, no exaggeration! My knee pain has pretty much completely gone now, and I’m physically in a much better shape than before… I’m back in the gym regularly now, lifting heavy, doing yoga and pilates… I just feel so much more stable and stronger!”
