A gorgeous snowy morning with this tribe of Grow and Players today! We explored the allotment, had snow races, found loads of fox, cat and bird tracks and tried to break ice in a bucket - but it was so thick we couldn't get through!

We had a lovely bright morning under the blue sky at Grow and Play this week. The children decorated the plum tree with slimey snakes, played in the mud kitchen, built tall towers with blocks and met lots of animals who live in a tree 🍁🍃🦊🐦🦔🦉🌳 We warmed up with hot chocolate and the kids as always did an amazing job of tidying up. See you next week!

When an enormous pumpkin is donated, what better thing to do than share it with the community, even the ones who aren't quite sure if they'd like it!
We had a lovely afternoon cooking, chatting, working on our personal art pieces and eating soup, freshly baked bread and allotment green tomato chutney. It was absolutely delisious! A massive well done to all who were apprehensive about trying the food - you never know if you don't try!
Next week we'll be painting winter trees with a twist..
