We had great experience supporting student from Swanshurst School . New Day is always committed to supporting local students and giving them valuable insight into what a care home is like. Our this year student really enjoyed her time with residents and staff.
It's always a bittersweet moment when a work experience placement comes to an end, but it's clear we made a positive impact. Good luck to her for her future endeavors!

•Tune-it-up Tuesday : music and sing along
•Wellness Wednesday : pampering and meditation day
•Tasty Thursday : Trying baking and cooking from our cook .
•Feel Good Friday : Hydration day

Today people we care at New Day enjoyed indoor gardening, especially with kitchen herbs, Activity was not only enjoyable but also offered significant therapeutic benefits .It was a fantastice way to connect with nature, even indoors, and the act of nurturing something from seed to harvest was incredibly satisfying. Plus, fresh herbs for cooking are a delicious!!!
