This hasn’t been an easy post to write, it feels like I’m about to go through a breakup 😅😭

In all seriousness, it’s so easy to keep rolling with ideas, offering multiple classes and pushing yourself but sometimes you have to take a step back and ask yourself if this is the right direction for the business… for now it’s not 😔

It’s not goodbye to toddlers forever, events will still welcome up to age 3, but for now toddler club will not be returning🤞🏼😔 hope you can understand 🫶🏼

Thankyou all for your patience as I’ve had some time off with my baby… I’m so excited to start offering classes again very soon, starting with the ultimate dreamy experience 🛁👌🏼

Baby Spa appointments for September & October will be live to book from TOMORROW - please click the reminder! 🤞🏼🛁

I have 50 spaces up for grabs - but don’t delay in booking as I only have space for 2 families per session. Emails will be sent tonight to those on my waiting list 🫶🏼

👶🏽 Suitable for babies from 6-8 weeks until mobile (crawling / walking)

👯‍♀️ Max 2 families per session (can squeeze in a set of 3 if you are a friendship group)

Gliding your thumb gently upward on your baby’s foot isn’t just soothing it’s ⚡️powerful!⚡️

This simple stroke helps support your baby’s brain development, eases tummy & teething discomfort, promotes blood flow and can even help your baby settle for sleep. The rhythmic upward strokes on their foot can help induce calm, relieve tension in their body & deepen relaxation.

Notice how Lenny’s toes stretch and fan as I do this? It’s his plantar reflex - one of many reflexes they are born with. It’s part of healthy brain & nervous system development (but also makes a really cute party trick 😉)

It’s a perfect move to try as you approach bedtime - but be warned a lot of my families give me feedback that it also makes their babies 💩💥❗️
