My gorgeous School friend & client was diagnosed with breast cancer recently at the age of 33, she is a Mama to a beautiful boy called Jude who is 18 months.
Her amazing sister Abbie will be doing a skydive to raise funds for Nat as she cannot work due to her ongoing treatment. I wanted to set an extra fund raiser help support her. All proceeds will be donated to Abbie’s go fund me at the end of the month.

I’m back! 👋🏼 🤭 and what a way to kickstart my classes returning than with my all time favourite!

Second time around & I’ve tried not to over pack and manifesting a short stay 😅 🙏🏻✨

This list is not exhaustive and I’m sure I’ve forgotten things, but I have packed in mind for both a vaginal or a c-section birth…as we know birth is ✨unpredictable✨

One thing I know about myself, both personally & professionally, is that if you can make the environment as calming as possible, it’s going to help create relaxation and all the feel good vibes - Oxytocin helps you labour ✌🏼I have added some extras to try and help keep me grounded before / during & after 🩷

This time there are some non-negotiables for me such as a plastic bag for dirty washing 🤣 a peri bottle, TENS machine, a fan, headphones, and of course SNACKS… I would love to know have I forgotten anything?

P.S - Definitely make a birth playlist & make sure you download it! 👌🏼
