This time last year, we'd just launched our first ever retreat and website, which is just incredibly WILD looking back through these lived magic moments.

It is time to pause on here to be present, intentional, and conscious.

Sending you all so much 🤍 for the next few days, however you're spending it, whoever you're able to spend it with, whatever it means to you.
And of course, holding all of those in our hearts who aren't here in physical form but absolutely surround you in spirit and live on through you and your traditions.

I'm teaching my final classes of the year this weekend at my beloved
9.30 - 10.30 both Saturday the 28th and Sunday 29th

There will be some time to pause and reflect on your mat, observing all that you've achieved and explored in 2024, no matter how big/small/what your brain tells you.

Moving with intention and connection to set the tone for whatever lies ahead, spending some precious time with your Self in the final part of this year.
