🎉 We have had the best day celebrating Oktoberfest! 🍻✨

From delicious hotdogs and pretzels to refreshing beer, every moment was filled with joy. We kicked off the day with some traditional entertainment from Andante and the fun just kept on coming with barrel rolling and a barrel of laughs!

A huge thank you to Head chef Scott and his team for the delicious food
capturing the tradition of Oktoberfest.

Having family and friends joining in the celebrations made this day even more special! Here’s to making more amazing memories together!🍺🍻🥨🌭🏡💜

🌟 Today was a truly special day at Metchley Manor 🌟

This morning our residents came together for our regular knit and knatter session. Enjoying each other’s company, knitting and chatting with a nice cup of tea ☕️

We were visited this afternoon by the amazing pianist, Chris, who delighted us with beautiful melodies, filling our home with joy and warmth. We're grateful for the wonderful experiences that bring us all together! 🌟🎹🎶🧶💜🏡

The answer is yes! 🍽️ Every dish is carefully prepared with artistry and passion by Scott and our wonderful dining team. From presentation to flavour, they go above and beyond to make each meal a special experience for our residents.

✨ What an honour it has been to host the re-launch of 4 O’clock Cake Club – Re-Baked here at Metchley Manor alongside the wonderful team from Edward’s Trust.

Edward’s Trust holds a very special place in our hearts, and we are especially proud that one of our own residents, Mr. Randal Brew, is an ambassador for this incredible charity. 💜

They provide free qualified specialist bereavement counselling and well-being support to parenting young people in the West Midlands, making a profound difference in their lives.

The day was brimming with connection and community spirit, showcasing the vital work Edward’s Trust does to support families. We are thankful for the chance to collaborate with such an impactful organization.
