I had the pleasure of teaching Parvinder Reiki I and II and today she came to practice on me... it was absolutely wonderful 💖

Although I give myself Reiki most days, I rarely get to have a treatment from someone else... to be given it by someone I attuned made it even more special 💖

Connecting students to wonderful the energy and sharing knowledge so that they too can use love & light to help themselves and others is something I adore doing... each person that can help spread it makes the world a better place 💖

I am so happy and excited to be collaborating with the wonderful Catherine Hussey Soul Yoga soul_yoga1 for this Yin Yoga and Reiki workshop.

Cath will guide you through the first half of the session where she'll be targeting the Kidney & Urinary bladder meridians. Helping to restore and replenish energy (Chi) in preparation for Spring.

I will then lead you through the second part of the session - taking you on a journey through deep relaxation into love & light, sharing Reiki to replenish you even further

Afterwards there will be homemade bakes and nourishing snacks.

Cost of offering is £30 - payable on booking.
