Hopi Ear Candles are so relaxing... the gentle warmth of the smoke inside the ear... the soothing sound as it slowly burns... a sense of calm and wellbeing flows through you... tension and stress relieved

As the smoke flows in and is gently drawn out, wax is softened and the inner ear soothed of irritation, gently unblocking and clearing not only the ear, but the airways and sinuses too

We are very excited to announce our collaboration for a Summer Solstice mini retreat - celebrating the longest day of the year - within the beautiful 400 year old woodland at Buzzards Valley in Tamworth 🍃✨

This wonderful 5 hour event beginnings after we have welcomed you to the space with a gentle stroll along the woodland trail to fully experience our stunning setting 🍃✨

Cath will then guide you through 90 mins of uplifting Hatha yoga, pranayama & short relaxation - to fully connect the mind, body & soul 🍃✨

We will then break for a vegetarian lunch under the shelter of the Bluebell canopy 🍃✨

Karen will then lead you for a short walking meditation into the woods... connecting with the trees... before returning to our spots for gentle breathworth, then coming to rest... snug and cosy... ready for a final meditation before the love & light of Reiki flows in beneath their canopy 🍃✨

Investment - £65 per person (a non refundable deposit of £20 is required at the time of booking to secure your spot)
