I am so happy and excited to be collaborating with the wonderful Catherine Hussey Soul Yoga soul_yoga1 for this Yin Yoga and Reiki workshop.

Cath will guide you through the first half of the session where she'll be targeting the Kidney & Urinary bladder meridians. Helping to restore and replenish energy (Chi) in preparation for Spring.

I will then lead you through the second part of the session - taking you on a journey through deep relaxation into love & light, sharing Reiki to replenish you even further

Afterwards there will be homemade bakes and nourishing snacks.

Cost of offering is £30 - payable on booking.

Happy New Year!

I hope Christmas was a good for you all and you're feeling relaxed and ready to say goodbye to 2025 and look to the year ahead 💖

Whether it's been a good or a bad year for you, as you reflect, playing it over in your mind, focus on the good times you've had and the joy you've felt... all the things you wish to carry forward to grow... bringing more joy to you this coming year 💖

Let the bad and sad times stay where they are... not giving them the energy they need to burden any longer... accepting and letting go as best you can 💖

Don't fret about all the things you feel you need to stop or change... it will happen if you want it to... instead add a bit of joy into every day... no matter how big or small... just something that makes you smile... you deserve it 💖

I love our chats after with nibbles just as much but forgot to get any photos 🤦‍♀️ it's always lovely hearing your experiences 🙏🏻💖
