Ahimsa. Non violence. Mind. Body. Deed. The three are so unbelievably closely connected. Maybe the early yogis were on to the original CBT: Thought > Feeling >Behaviour. Change one and you have the power to change them all. (a bit like Lord of the Rings - but cooler and with less violence!)
Anyway, notice the negative, violent, unkind thoughts towards yourself and others maybe attempt an anchor:
The Metta Bhavana from Buddism teaches us this
May I be happy
May I be kind
May I be healthy
May I be peaceful
