A gentle reminder that life goes through good and bad patches. Sometimes things will feel like a black hole is swallowing you and sometimes it will feel like you can move mountains.
The reality is you can only do the next best thing.
You can only live in the present moment
You can only listen to your heart and be your authentic self.
You must not settle for anything less than your true value
You are not the value of what others think of you..
You are not the thoughts that plague the inner workings of your mind
You are something wonderful and your value is not measured by what others think.
Show up for yourself.
Show up for the child inside you that needs love.
Know this. Anxiety, sadness, depression and self loathing will not last forever..it is an impossibity to feel these emotions forever
This too shall pass.
Stand in the storm..readjust your godamn crown and be authentically you.
And do it for yourself.
Because you are a godamned warrior
