The clock has turned midnight so I am a day late sharing this but I can’t believe I have lived 15 years without you …. where did that time go Dad? I love you so, so much and miss you every day. Sending you the biggest hugs and bundles of love up to Heaven. Thank you for being my Dad, I couldn’t have wished for anybody better. I love you. Tat 💜💜💜

Reiki days always leave my heart so full ♥️

Today I had the joy of guiding three beautiful souls through their Reiki Level 1 training. They’d never met before, yet there was an instant sense of connection - a reminder that Reiki brings together exactly who needs to be together, at exactly the right time 🥰

I love working with small groups - it creates such a supportive, intimate space to learn, share and grow. Every course I teach inspires me to keep going deeper myself.

Later in the day, a double rainbow appeared - one of those moments that felt like a gentle reminder that everything was exactly as it should be 🌈🤍

I’m now setting regular training dates - my next course will be Reiki Level 2 on 11th & 12th February

After losing my Mom, life asked me to slow down in ways I never expected. The grief has been a quiet, ongoing journey - one I’m still learning how to navigate. In that slowing, I found myself turning inward, reconnecting with my heart and learning the power of gentleness. I’m still here, still learning, and still choosing, just for today, to put myself first.
This is the same gentleness I bring into my reiki work - creating a calm, supportive space where there’s no pressure to fix or rush, only permission to soften, rest and reconnect with yourself.

Happy, happy birthday to my gorgeous Daughter.

This time 28 years ago, we were having our first hugs and cuddles. I was so overwhelmed with love for you … and I still feel the same to this day ♥️♥️♥️

I am so proud of the lady you have become and the life you have made for yourself & I wish you a lifetime of love and happiness.
