Gratitude for Dawn lending us her car
Gratitude I have a yoga class to teach
Gratitude to past self for purchasing Breakdown cover
Gratitude I left early to feed my brothers cats or I’d have missed my class ..
What's this situation teaching me? I'm missing some valuable skills and equipment..
I can learn how to change a flat myself and make sure the spare Tyre is in good condition. I can carry a portable air compressor in the car..

Conscious thought and meditation can reshape these structures however - with gratitude being one of the best gateways to the subconscious.
Reminder!
You are not your thoughts, You can change your thoughts and you can reprogram the subconscious mind and even influence DNA expression ( )
You can learn how to properly regulate your own nervous system and become a co-creator of reality
“Be the driver, not the car” - find something to be grateful for today! 🙏
