a local business near our own. It was Farah’s birthday so booked a meal here. What can I say. Amazing food (I mean really amazing), great atmosphere. Rav is an awesome host, we were not rushed at all, spent a good 3 hours here, he is passionate about what he does and the quality and attention to detail shows that. Very knowledgable. Even took some time out and sat down to have some food with us. It is not just all about goat, has other meats on the menu too, a must try place in the Jewellery quarter, guaranteed you will not be disappointed.

5 months ago, I met someone who had been living with knee pain for over a year.
They’d stopped exercising, seen countless people for help, and still had no lasting relief.

After our session on 1st March, we discovered the real culprit wasn’t just the knee — but poor hip mobility. With the right stretches, exercises, and a clear plan, the goal was simple: get him moving confidently again.

Today, I received this message:

It’s now a wrap for 2023! We are taking a break over the Christmas period & will open again in the New Year.
We’d also like to take this opportunity to let you know that TherapyFit Body Clinic, the ladies only clinic run by Farah, is going to be open full time from January 2024!
Our opening hours are:
Mon, Tues & Thurs - 10:30am to 9pm
Fri - 10:30am to 7:30pm
Sat - 10am to 2pm
