Good afternoon everyone!

It seems very fitting that on this lovely sunny day that the theme of our workshop today is *Happiness and Positive Thinking*.

Like all our workshops, these themes have been shaped by the St Germain's Wellbeing community, who are at the heart of everything we do. If you've not come to one of our workshops before, why not pop long and see what we're all about?

We're also at the St Germain's Community Hub cafe as usual from 11:30am-2:30pm

At St Germain's Community Hub, City Road, B17 8LE.
General information: We are located at the corner of City Road and Portland Road. The 11A (outer circle), 12/12A, 13/13A & 80 all stop within less than 100 metres of the entrance, which is step free. The workshop takes place in a ground floor room.

If you've come to a workshop, attended our drop in or benefited from our 1:1 sessions, we'd really appreciate a 5* review on Google ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

If someone's searched for us online and is wondering whether to reach out for help, a few reassuring reviews about other people's experiences could help make all the difference.

Thank you!

Come and see us at the St Germain's Community Hub Random Act of Kindness Day! We're launching our next run of workshops with some mini "self compassion" activities, where we're writing notes to ourselves, a loved one, a colleague...to share our thanks. Mica and Georgia will be talking about why compassion to ourselves is crucial to mental wellbeing.
