Do you have what it takes to be a Community Home Carer? Or Support worker?
Does empathy, compassion and a desire to help others come naturally to you? Are you interested in becoming a Care Assistant?

We may offer just what you need.

If you have cared for a relative, you may have gained valuable skills that can be incorporated into a career as a carer. We provide in-house training for those that have no formal experience and will support you through all stages of your training.
We need staff that have the following attributes:

⭐️Sense of humour and friendly nature
⭐️Good listening and communication skills
⭐️Familiarity with older people's needs
⭐️Experience in caring or having the right attitude
⭐️Ability to liaise with our client's family and other significant people
⭐️Ability to socialise with people of all ages, genders, race, or ethnic origins without distinction or prejudice
⭐️A genuine desire to help others and make a difference
Availability to work some evenings and weekends
⭐️Ability to step in at short notice to cover sickness and absence
