This year’s theme is Baby Necessities – helping parents cut through the overwhelm of baby products and focus on what really matters for safer sleep.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I was introduced to Little Dreams at a baby class I attended. Leanne listened to our sleep issues and created a plan that was right for us. She was patient, caring and supportive throughout the whole journey. She spoke to us daily and was always available via text. We are so grateful for the help and support that Leanne gave us. 😴Sleep was going so well… and now they’re waking again?

🥹Before you panic, it might not be a regression. It might be development. 🌱

⭐Rolling, crawling, standing, talking… when new skills surge, sleep can wobble.

⭐These phases are usually temporary, but consistency matters.

😴When sleep suddenly goes off track, we often blame routines…
But sometimes? It’s development.

👶🏼When your baby is mastering a new skill, rolling, crawling, standing, walking, talking, their brain craves repetition.

🌛If they don’t get enough practice in the day, guess when they’ll squeeze it in? 2am.

😊Encourage lots of little practice opportunities during the day. Keep it fun. Keep it consistent (around two weeks really helps).

⭐️Full practice = fuller sleep tank = calmer nights.

➡️And remember, milestones are exciting, even if they’re exhausting.

🤪Half term, The plan: fresh air + busy days = easy bedtime 🤞

🙈The reality: they’re thriving…I need a nap and it’s only 11am.

💤If wake ups have got later and bedtimes have too, you’re not alone. Half term can throw routines off so easily (more stimulation, later mornings, missed naps… all of it!).

⭐️A little reset from Friday can make Monday feel so much smoother. Start nudging wake-up time and bedtime earlier so you’re not trying to fix it all Sunday night.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Before we contacted Leanne we were at a loss with what to do and nothing we did seemed to help our little one sleep. We felt we had tried every method and at the point we made contact with Leanne, our babies sleep was worse than ever, waking 8-12 times a night.
Within 3 days of having Leanne’s support, we saw such a change, not only in the night times but also her naps, she was eating better and more volumes of food, less reliant on milk and was much happier. It has honestly been life changing for us and our baby and I could not recommend this level of support more.
Leanne was easy to contact, having a phone call with me the day I found her, and subsequent to that she was on hand for any emails, texts and phone calls and responded to any questions I had so quickly.
She’s done amazing things for our family, giving us more stability and less unpredictability and anxiety around bedtimes, I could not thank her enough! We now have a 12 month old with a great routine and structure who sleeps through the night every night which we never thought would be possible, thank you Leanne! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
