👉This review genuinely gave me goosebumps. Supporting this lovely family (and a 10-year-old who’d been struggling since babyhood) reminded me that it’s never too late to improve sleep, and it doesn’t have to involve weeks of tears to get there.

🌅 Early wake-ups throwing off your little one’s day (and yours too)? You’re definitely not alone — I’m hearing this from so many families right now, and sometimes the reason is simpler than it feels at 5am.

Here are a few common reasons early mornings stick around:

😴 Overtiredness – a later bedtime, skipped naps, or a busy day can lead to restless early starts.

😴 Not tired enough – too much daytime sleep or not quite enough active play can play a part.

❄️ Feeling cold – the temperature drops in the early hours, and little ones can wake if they’re chilly.

🔊 Outside noise – bins, birds, traffic… it doesn’t take much to disturb lighter sleep.
