Sing Along Saturday and Sunday is all about slowing down and enjoying simple pleasures.
The weekend unfolds with a Saturday sing along and then some board games Sunday , the familiar comfort of laughing over board games that spark a little friendly competition and a lot of shared memories. In the background, old tunes play softly on the Alexa filling the room with nostalgia.

We spent a lovely morning sitting out in the garden, enjoying the fresh air . ☀️

We played Basket throw taking turns with throws and laughing as we tried to outscore each other by getting the bean bags in the box.

It was a simple but really enjoyable way to spend time, combining relaxation with a bit of fun and friendly competition. 🗃️ 🍬

The soil has been freshly turned it was the perfect moment for planting the beans and turning over the soil for our herb garden.🪴 🪏

Some enjoyed listening to the golden voices from the 1950s.

Today we enjoyed a cuppa and a natter this morning, we had a visit from Lucy today.

The table top sale went ahead and money raised will go into the residents fund.

This after noon we enjoyed playing Dominoes and did a flower picture art, listening to some old and new tunes .

This afternoon was filled with energy and laughter as we took part in a variety of exercises and parachute games. We began with light warm-up activities to get our bodies moving, we used the parachute ,where everyone worked together to create waves, lift the parachute high into the air with a ball as we tried to keep it on the parachute .
The bright colors and shared excitement made the experience enjoyable for everyone, and it was a great way to stay active while having fun together listening to ABBA and many other old tunes.

Today residents and staff had a great time enjoying two fun activities—Hoopla and Connect Four! Everyone got involved, taking turns tossing rings in Hoopla, which brought lots of laughter and friendly competition as we aimed for the targets. We also played Connect Four, where we tried to get four in a row a fantastic mix of active fun and a lovely way to spend time together.
