Sports massage isn’t guesswork, and it’s not about chasing temporary relief.

It’s structured, targeted work based on how your body actually moves, where it’s taking load, and what’s starting to break down.

Over time, patterns show up — tightness, restriction, compensation. Most people ignore it until something gives.

Sessions aren’t rushed and they’re not random. Each one is built to address the cause, not just the symptom — which is why my clients don’t just leave feeling better, they move better, train more consistently, and deal with fewer recurring issues.

Better range.
More control.
Faster recovery between sessions.

My clients stay ahead of it. What are you waiting for? 🖤💪🏼

17 of my clients are running London this weekend — and I’m genuinely proud of every single one of them.

Months of training, early mornings, long runs… it all comes down to this.

That takes discipline. Most people won’t ever experience it.

But what doesn’t get spoken about enough is what happens to the legs after.

Heavy quads.
Tight calves.
That ‘dead’ feeling the next day.

That’s not just fatigue — that’s load that needs dealing with properly.

If you’re running this weekend, good luck — you’ve earned it.

I’ll be busy next week.

Most people come in thinking it’s just their back 🥸

Then we start working and suddenly it’s:
mid back ☠️ traps ☠️ neck
all having their own little crisis.

60 mins?
Great session. We can ease things off, target the main issue and get you moving better.

90 mins?
That’s where we can properly work through everything without rushing or skipping areas — so if it’s more than one area, 90 is usually the better shout.

It’s not about going harder…
it’s about having enough time to do the job properly 💪🏼🖤

Most shoulder tension isn’t just about the shoulder.

What I see a lot is the smaller stabilisers —
rotator cuff, rear delts, upper back — working overtime.

Their job is to control the joint, not carry load all day.
But with long hours sitting, poor positioning, and training on top of that, they end up doing both.

That’s when it turns into that familiar pattern —
tight across the top of the shoulder, pulling into the neck, sometimes even down the arm.

Stretching it might ease it briefly,
but if those muscles are constantly overworking, it doesn’t hold.

Treatment here isn’t just about pressure.
It’s about reducing that load and restoring how the joint actually moves 🖤💪🏼

Now go and enjoy your 🍻

Lower back pain is rarely just a “back” issue 💪🏼

The QL (quadratus lumborum) is one of the most common areas I treat — especially in people who train, sit a lot, or do both.

It tightens because it’s working overtime.

When the posterior chain isn’t supporting you properly — glutes, deep core, spinal stabilisers — the QL takes on more than it should.

That’s when you start to feel it:
stiffness, restriction, or that constant tightness that never fully goes away.

Sports massage plays a specific role here.

Not just to release tension, but to reduce overload, improve tissue quality, and restore how that area moves and functions.

Done properly, it creates the conditions for strength and stability to actually improve.

💥 💥

If your lower back keeps tightening up, there’s usually a reason for it.

Treat the tension.
Build the support. Let’s gooo 🖤💪🏼

Not all massage is the same.

Some of it just moves things around. Feels good. Then it’s back again.

Same spot. Same tightness. Because nothing actually changed.

This is different. I don’t chase symptoms. I work on what’s actually driving it.

That’s why it doesn’t just feel better. It starts to change.

Go get it beast 🖤💪🏼

You can keep stretching it.
You can keep rolling it.
You can keep hoping it goes away.

Or you can deal with it properly. Because tightness that keeps coming back isn’t random.
It’s something your body hasn’t resolved yet.

That’s where I come in.
I know what to look for.
I know where the real issue usually sits. And I work on it until it actually changes.

I’m not here for temporary relief. I’m here for results.

Lots of love 🖤💪🏼

Your shoulders are usually the first place the week shows up.

Not from one big moment. From accumulation.
Hours at a desk.
Driving.
Phones.
Stress that never quite switches off.

The body adapts by doing what it does best — absorbing the load. Over time the muscles around the neck and upper back start doing more work than they should.

That’s when people begin noticing the familiar feeling:
tight traps
restricted neck movement
shoulders slowly creeping closer to the ears

For most people it isn’t injury. It’s build-up. Weeks, sometimes months of the body quietly carrying more than it should. If your shoulders are already starting to carry the week, you’re not the only one.

Bookings for this week are open 🖤💪🏼

Lets talk 🍑
A lot of people say their glutes are “weak”. Very often, they’re simply not being used properly.

The glutes — particularly glute maximus and glute medius — are responsible for hip extension and pelvic stability. Their job is to control the pelvis and transfer force when we walk, run, squat or lift.

Modern habits often interfere with this. Long periods of sitting keep the hips in constant flexion and reduce glute activity. Over time the body begins relying on other muscles instead.

When the glutes stop contributing properly, the workload often shifts to:

• hamstrings
• lower back
• hip flexors

That’s when people start noticing things like tight hamstrings after training, recurring lower back tension or hips that feel stiff and restricted. From a movement perspective, the body is simply redistributing the load.

That’s why in many cases the goal isn’t just to strengthen the glutes, but to restore proper movement through the hips and reduce overload in the muscles that have been compensating.

Understanding how the body shares load often explains a lot of the tightness people experience

Let’s gooo 🖤💪🏼

Two therapists.
Four hands.
One completely different experience.

A 4 Hands Massage is unlike a traditional treatment.

Both sides of the body are worked at the same time, which makes it almost impossible for the brain to follow every movement.

That’s when something interesting happens.

Instead of analysing pressure or technique, the mind simply lets go.

The result is a deeper level of relaxation and a treatment flow you rarely experience with a single therapist.

Now available to book on Vagaro 💪🏼🖤

Lower back pain rarely starts in the lower back.

The lumbar spine is designed for stability, not large amounts of rotation or compensation. Its job is to support load and transfer force between the upper and lower body.

When other areas stop doing their job properly, the lumbar spine starts taking on work it wasn’t built for.

For example:

If the hips lose mobility, the lower back starts moving more.
If the glutes stop stabilising the pelvis, the lumbar muscles tighten to protect the spine.
If the upper back becomes stiff, rotation gets pushed into the lower back instead.

Over time the muscles around the lumbar spine become overworked and protective. That’s when people start describing their back as “tight” or “locked.”

Treating the lower back alone rarely solves the issue. You have to understand how the whole system is working together.

That’s what I assess during a session. Understanding how the body moves as a whole often changes where the real work needs to happen.

Took me hours to write this, enjoy 💪🏼🖤
