Last Monday I was at the Hilton Birmingham for International Women’s Day — and honestly? It was one of those days that just fills you up, no matter what is happening in your life.

Me and my girl Lottie from Fern and Clay were there all day holding space for their fabulous staff members.

Lottie was doing her beautiful blend of reiki crystal healing and everyone was sent away with the crystal they needed to connect to that day! I was doing energy healing, channelling reiki and providing energy readings, giving each person a little window into what their energy is actually saying.

Hotel staff members are people who spend their whole day giving, running, doing. And for 15 minutes... they got to receive!

That’s what corporate healing is, it’s not a gimmick or a nice little extra, it’s bringing real, intentional energy work into spaces where staff are running on empty and reminding them that they’re allowed to take up space. That they’re allowed to be held.

The theme this year was ‘Give to Gain’ — and I really felt that. When you give people even just a pocket of stillness, they walk away differently and you can see it.

HAPPY INTERNATIONAL WOMENS DAY 💐

There are many women in and around and previously in my life that have changed me but only one that I continue to push myself to be better for every day.

My daughter was born into total chaos that I have tried very hard to shield her from and choose better. Some times I get it wrong and other times I have excelled. I’m still very much learning!

From being pregnant in a homeless shelter due to DV and experiencing life changing and crippling after effects to now being a business owner who champions other women’s healing and transformation my daughter has had a wild ride of it. She was always going to, with me as her mum. We are in the process of changing our surname and Lilah has chosen it - get ready for the reveal soon :)

I adore you ’s _mikeswheeler and I’m so proud of you always, you are the best daughter ever and if I had to do it all over again to have you in my life I would ❤️ I know you will love the song choice my baby boo

I built this from a council house. Then a homeless shelter.

Then years of doing the inner work nobody talks about because it hurts like flipping mad. And I’m not going to dress it up to sound any nicer.

Being a woman in 2026 — a mother, a business owner, a burnt-out full time employee rushing home to pick up the kids on time, cooking dinner whilst logging back into work to finish a spreadsheet you won’t get paid for. Trust me. I have been there.

You’re tired and you’ve tried so many things to feel better but you just can’t shift it. You’re still knackered, anxious, depressed, skint, thinking a holiday will fix everything and come back to find you need another one but this time solo just to get over the holiday that was meant to heal you.
That thing sitting in your chest that won’t shift, the patterns, the wounds, the people pleasing, the inability to say no or hold a boundary. The parts of you that got left behind somewhere along the way.

That’s exactly what I work with.

Flipping Nora, I don’t even know where to start with this one!!!

The 3-3 Blood Moon Portal is landing on Tuesday and I have been FEELING this one for weeks. Like something enormous is pressing down on everything and everyone I know right now 🥵

If your sleep has been off, your emotions all over the place, your relationships feeling intense, your body exhausted for no reason — that is not you falling apart babe!! It’s the flipping build-up!!!

The Blood Moon Lunar Eclipse peaks at 11:33 on March 3rd. 11:33 - If you know about angel numbers, you already know that’s not a coincidence.

This is a portal of dissolution. Everything that was never really yours — the patterns, the conditioning, the frikking people pleasing, the staying small, the programmes you absorbed from other people’s wounds, the low vibe attachments, the demonic attachments from partners whose ex’s did low vibe love binding spells and hex’s but they don’t know what they’re doing, the fear and control from our ancestors — this moon is coming for all of it 🌕

It’s officially THAT TIME 🚨 In just 2 days (Feb 26th), our favourite chaos-bringer officially starts its dance in Pisces.

As I mentioned before, 2026 is the year of the Water signs in retrograde, so this first hit is all about the deep feels and the mental fog.

ANNNDDDDDDD if that wasn’t enough, we have the total Lunar Eclipse on March 3rd arriving right in the middle of it 💩

While Mercury is trying to bring the past back for a second (or third or fourth) shot, the Eclipse brings a wrecking ball kinda energy with it. This is gonna force us to close chapters and let go of emotional baggage we’ve been slogging around for far too long.

It’s gonna feel like you’re in the middle of a healing crisis - very emotionally messy BUT OH SO NECESSARY!!

Things to keep in mind:

🚨 The Lunar Eclipse on the 3rd is gonna make everything feel 10 times more intense - really try your hardest not to react in the heat of the moment.

🚨 When Mercury is in Pisces, all logic goes out the window.

🚨The Official Retrograde is active from Feb 26 – March 20 but we aren’t fully in the clear until the post-shadow ends on April 9th.

🚨 DO NOT force any kind of clarity on February 26th. Wait for the weekend of March 7th, when the eclipse energy will be easing up (only slightly - we will still be in its shadow phase)

🚨 As always, be flexible with plans - you have to go with the flow, don’t try to fight anything that’s going wrong.

So, buckle up, peeps and batten down the hatches if need be.

Last night’s circle was absolutely wild! Instead of floating up into Theta, my shamanic guides kicked it up a notch and dragged us back to confront our past. For me personally, they brought me to the door of my childhood home, and let me tell you, the insights I got about a recent struggle hit hard. Light ALWAYS WINS, people, ALWAYS!!!

We plunged deep into our journeys, tapping into our feminine fire. I know I wasn’t the only one crying—trust me! We manifested to tracks that made our soul’s cry with remembrance of our purpose, and my light language came through again!!!! this time with words ive never said before (if you know about LL you will know what im talking about!!).

Yesterday’s Lunar New Year was a game-changer for me. Huge shoutout to my mums lineage—my Grandmother and Aunties in spirit who i work with, my mom, sister, and daughter. Our lineage is filled with fierce women who you do NOT mess with. I’m endlessly grateful for that power and the reminder that no matter what happens in my life, I have Irish freedom-fighting genetics in my blood, my bones, my cells, my DNA. Get ready for some Irish/Celtic healing workshops as I dive deeper with my ancestors cause they are coming through solidly for me right now.

And to my circle sisters: last night was everything! Your energy is pure magic, and your insights blow me away every time. I will always remember last night.

And finally, a massive thank you to my healer, teacher, and absolute life-savour!!!! This woman is a total icon. The courses she’s channelled and produced all by herself have rocked my world so much and upgraded my life, my skills and most importantly my connection to my own power. Mark my words, you heard it here first, she is going to be a name that goes down in history and is going to be remembered for generations after we have long gone.
