Wow what wonderful feedback I’m getting from my Purple Angel album Thank you everyone who’s bought a physical cd … each album sold is buying a bespoke MP3 player for someone with dementia.

I realised I shared a story earlier saying available now for steaming on iTunes, Spotify etc. However physical copies are available now & streaming will be available from 7th September 2022.

Unplug .... ✌🏼♥️ ###

It’s all so busy out in the world right now isn’t it.

And not busy in a good way. Busy with overwhelm of information dictating to us what to do.

So many of my clients at the moment feel overwhelmed or confused, in panic and fear. Which is understandable. And I’m helping them as they navigate through it.

A good idea is to switch off from all the chaos. As that’s what it is it’s chaos. And chaos energy is a low energy. It’s not a high nurturing, serving energy is it. Nope. It’s a low, draining, upsetting, non serving energy. And it stops us from connecting to ourselves and our power.

So each day intentionally “unplug”

Switch off your internet, your TV, your mobile phone and do something that helps you to disconnect from all that draining, exhausting, chaotic overwhelming energy.

Perhaps light a candle
Diffuse some aromatherapy essential oils
Smudge your home
Play some beautiful uplifting music
Dance
Go into the garden with bare feet and stand on the grass and connect to Mother Earth
Hug a tree
Talk to a flower
Water your plants
Help an exhausted bee with some sugar solution
Listen to the birds sing
Hug your dog
Stroke your cat
Make a delicious cup of tea
Treat yourself to a piece of cake
Bake a cake!
Read an uplifting book
Have a relaxing soak in the bath
Ring your best friend for a good natter and a catch up
Tell someone who you care for in your life that you love them
Meditate
Write your thoughts down
Give yourself some healing energy
Book in your diary for someone else to give you healing
Write down your dreams wishes and intentions
Buy yourself some beautiful crystals and place them around your home
Sit down and have a rest
Lie down and have a snooze
Daydream

Place your hands over your chest, breathe and connect to your heart, your beautiful heart and say -:

“Hi I’m here, it’s me, I love you, what would you like me to know?”

And just listen
Listen to the whispers of your heart and your soul

Now that’s what we all need!

It’s the opposite to chaos

It’s LOVE it’s peace it’s guidance it’s truth it’s beauty it’s truth and it’s LIGHT
