As of January 2026, I will no longer be offering massage treatments from Connellys Gym.
With family commitments growing, I need to adjust how I work, but I’m grateful to still be able to continue offering treatments in a new way.

I’ll now be providing mobile massage treatments upon request, so sessions can take place in the comfort of your home or chosen location.

I want to say a massive thank you to Mike, James, and Pat at Connellys Gym for their support over the years.

I will still continue to work with
James throughout his fight camps
and many of the other fighters coming through Connelly's Gym when required.

And to every client that I’ve had the privilege of treating over the years. Putting your trust in me to help you with your aches, pains and injuries means a lot.

Many of my clients come to me with lower back pain.
It’s a really common problem, and while some people brush it off hoping it will disappear, it often lingers or worsens over time.

For many, the cause is long hours of sitting at a desk, while others struggle from jobs that involve heavy lifting.
Lack of exercise or even overdoing it can add to the problem, as well as poor posture.

Whatever the reason, sports massage can make a real difference. It helps release muscle tension, improve blood flow, and reduce pain.
Trigger point therapy can also be used to ease stubborn knots, helping you move more freely again.

Even a single treatment can leave you feeling better, many of my clients will happily vouch for that.
But a regular massage can go further: improving posture, boosting circulation and lymphatic flow, supporting relaxation, and even helping with mental health and sleep quality.

Today’s client .wyre.s2 came in with limited shoulder mobility, feeling stiff and restricted during gym sessions.

Alfie spends hours each day in awkward positions while tattooing, which was taking a toll on his shoulder movement and comfort.

We focused on:
🔹 Rotator cuff release
🔹 Scapular mobility
🔹 Lat release
🔹 Deep fascial work

The result? A noticeable improvement in range of motion and overall shoulder function.
