Today’s client .wyre.s2 came in with limited shoulder mobility, feeling stiff and restricted during gym sessions.

Alfie spends hours each day in awkward positions while tattooing, which was taking a toll on his shoulder movement and comfort.

We focused on:
🔹 Rotator cuff release
🔹 Scapular mobility
🔹 Lat release
🔹 Deep fascial work

The result? A noticeable improvement in range of motion and overall shoulder function.

It's a great feeling knowing I’m making a difference in people’s lives.

One of my clients has Cerebral Palsy and spends most of her time in a wheelchair. Over the past year, we’ve been working hard to build her leg strength through resistance training and sessions on the Thera Trainer.

Today, I supported her to walk about five metres out of her chair — and the smile on her face said it all.

This is exactly why I do what I do: to help those who’ve faced challenges from illness or disability achieve things they’ve lost or thought they’d never be able to do again.

This class is ideal for those who are looking for a gentle exercise class where we focus on balance & strength exercises for the legs & upper body with a light cardio workout thrown in.

Circuit Training:
Tuesday's 18:1519:30
Only £5:00 Per Person
This class involves a mixture of cardiovascular and strength exercises using body weight & various equipment such as battle ropes, tyres, kettle bells, Skierg, free weights plus more.

I also offer various massage therapies from Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, Swedish Massage and Dry Cupping Therapy
These take place at Connellys Gym 750 Bristol Road South, Northfield, Birmingham B31 2NN (Above where Boots used to be)

Total Group Sessions: 12
