This fun, hands-on session will teach you the right way to hold pads so you can support your child’s training with confidence. It’s not just about building skills—it’s also an awesome way to connect and share their martial arts journey.

👨‍👩‍👧 Parents, bring your kids along— they’ll be actively involved!
💪 Open to all adult members who want to level up their pad-holding skills.
