The Warrior Archetype is the part of us that moves with courage, clarity, and commitment. It helps us draw boundaries, take aligned action, and stand for something deeper than ego or impulse.

In this session, we’ll explore how the Warrior energy lives in your body, your breath, and your decisions. This isn’t about aggression, it’s about direction.
Focused energy. Purpose. Presence.

WARRIOR WORKSHOP // PART 1: CONNECTION

What a night. 🔥
We gathered in circle to begin our 3-part Warrior journey — exploring connection through movement, voice, presence, and power.

We spoke truth. We set boundaries. We moved energy.
We laughed, we roared, we sparred (lightly) — and we remembered who we are when we stand with strength and softness.

📣 Brum Circle: Embody the Warrior Archetype

Next Monday 30th June | 7–9pm

This summer we invite you to embody the Warrior archetype, to reconnect with your inner strength, protect what truly matters, and take action rooted in clarity and courage.

Drawing on Carl Jung’s idea of the collective unconscious, we explore archetypes as a map of the psyche, timeless energies we all carry, which can guide us towards wholeness when we work with them consciously.

Over three sessions (June, July and August) we’ll explore:

⚔️ Part 1 — Understanding the Warrior
Get clear on healthy boundaries, discover your true yes and no, and learn how to stand firm yet open in the world.

⚔️ Part 2 — Strengthening Goals & Aligned Action
Set intentions that feel true, protect your energy, and commit to what you value most.

⚔️ Part 3 — Clearing Blocks with Emotional Freedom Technique - EFT Tapping
Jordan & Felicity are excited to bring their training as an EFT Advanced Practitioners to this final circle, they’ll use tapping to release old patterns, shift stuck energy, and create space for lasting change.

Each session builds on the last, come for one or journey with us through all three and experience the power of this archetype integrating into your everyday life.

After a gentle weekend in the Brecon Beacons, we’re heading back into Birmingham tonight for this evening’s Brum Circle.

Spring has brought with it so much reflection and growth, and this final Lover Archetype circle feels like a beautiful way to honour that.

Jordan will be co-hosting this one with his wife Kiran, exploring connection, culture, power dynamics, and the stories we hold in relationship.

Whether you’re coming solo or with your partner, all are welcome.

This month’s Brum Circle marks the final session in our exploration of the Lover archetype and spring, a season of connection, intimacy, and reflection on how we relate to ourselves, each other, and the world around us.
And this one is a little different.

For over two years, Brum Circle has been hosted by Jordan — a trainee integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor and founder of the space. This session, he’ll be joined by his wife Kiran — a qualified integrative psychotherapist (CCPE / BACP) whose work centres on relational healing, identity, and the deeper threads that shape us.

Together, they’ll hold space through the lens of their personal and professional journey — navigating love, blended family life, culture, power, and vulnerability as a dual-heritage couple and fellow travellers on the path of healing.

✨ Whether you’re exploring connection in partnership or in solitude, there is something here for you.

✨ Couples are welcome — one ticket covers two.

✨ And if you’re coming solo, please know this circle holds just as much for you.

These reflections speak to all of us.

Tonight really reminded me why this work matters, real connection, honesty and vulnerability .

Thank you to everyone who showed up for tonight’s Brum Circle.

It was a smaller gathering, but the depth of sharing, the strength, and the energy in the room were something special.

Spring energy, the Lover archetype, being seen and heard.

Here are some of the reflection questions we explored tonight if you’d like to sit with them:

1: What relationships or goals need your attention and care right now?

2: How do you express love and connection in your life?

3: What is one step you can take to nurture something important to you?

Next stop: our brand new monthly group therapy circle in Buckinghamshire, starting this Wednesday.
A new beginning, a new space, but the same heart and spirit at the centre of it.

Tomorrow night, we open the space again for Brum Circle — a place to connect, reflect, and simply be.

Whether you’re feeling on top of the world, a bit lost, or somewhere in between — you’re welcome exactly as you are.

What to expect:

• A gentle arrival (doors open 6:45 PM for 7 PM start at The Sound School, upstairs at The Old Print Works)

• Grounding practices to help you settle

• A few simple, guided reflections

• Sharing (optional) and deep listening in a safe, supportive circle

You don’t need to bring anything except yourself.
You don’t have to talk if you don’t want to.
You will be held with care.

If you’re feeling a little nervous, that’s totally natural.
It often means you’re stepping towards growth.

Wishing you a peaceful Easter from Brum Circle.

However this weekend finds you, whether you’re surrounded by loved ones, taking time alone, resting, grieving, or simply getting by, may you find a moment to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.

Easter reminds us of renewal and the quiet strength it takes to rise again. Not in big, dramatic ways, but in the small daily choices to keep going, to soften, to grow.

🌿 The Power of Sound & Circle 🌿
On Monday, 24th February (next Monday) we’re bringing together two deeply healing practices, sitting in circle and a sound bath, for a special Brum Circle x The Sound School event.
🔹 Why Sit in Circle? Healing circles are ancient spaces for reflection, connection, and personal growth. Sitting in circle allows us to share, listen, and hold space for one another, creating a sense of belonging and deep healing. Connection is medicine. When we come together in a safe and supportive space, transformation happens.
🔹 Why a Sound Bath? Sound therapy works on a deep energetic level, using vibrations to help regulate the nervous system, release emotional blocks, and promote deep relaxation.
