We would like to thank you all for your continued patience and support during these challenging times. We would like to update all our customers and patients with current guidelines regarding eyecare at Roots opticians.
Routine eye examinations are still not taking place. However we are still here to help If you need essential eyecare. Please call 01213285700 during our normal opening hours and we will try and deal with issues relating to eyecare. If you need new spectacles and you are entitled to new spectacles on the NHS we can still arrange new spectacles.
If a child has broken glasses or lost spectacles we are able to repair or replace them.

If you are suffering from an acute eye condition please call 01213285700 or email info@rootsopticians and we can discuss how to solve your problem.

What are we doing during Lock Down?????
I hope everyone is staying well and looking after their families during these challenging times.
We are still here to help so dial us on 01213285700 and we can discuss any eye related problems or help with fixing and replacing glasses. Please ring the practice before you attend.

If you need to order your contact lenses, we can have them delivered to your door
Routine eye examinations have been suspended until further guidance from NHS England.
If you have an Eye Emergency Mr Rashid our resident Optometrist can offer advice and triage you over the phone.
