One for you to borrow for your closed page IF it will help……

🌟 School Holidays = Challenge Mode Activated! 🌟
Let’s be honest — the school holidays can test even the most dedicated Slimming World member. But truthfully, any day ending in ‘Y’ can knock us off track, can’t it?

That’s why this group is here 💚
Let’s fill it with proud moments and positive choices, no matter how big or small. Because at the end of the day, we’re human — with different strengths, weaknesses, routines, and rhythms.

But here’s one HUGE thing we all have in common:
👉 We’re trying (very hard in some cases — just ask my hubby! 😄) to change our futures.

So if you’ve had a wobble, missed a step, or feel like you’ve ‘blown it’ — dust yourself off and invest in YOU today.
Remember:
✨ Group is not about your past week — it’s about your next one.
✨ It’s closure. It’s a fresh start.
✨ It’s realising you’re not alone.
✨ It’s holding your head high knowing that you showed up, even when you didn’t feel like it.

Please, don’t let a higher-syn week turn into an “absence week” (unless you’re on a well-earned holiday!) — because those who succeed and reach target will tell you:
