Hey everyone — just a quick note to explain why our walks usually start nice and early at 8am.
B123 Walks has always been about making the most of the day. By starting early, we can:
• 🅿️ Park easily before places get busy.
• 🚶♀️ Enjoy the peace and quiet of the morning before the crowds.
• ☕ Finish around 12:30, giving everyone the rest of the day free — for family, friends, Sunday roasts, or just putting your feet up!
I completely understand that in winter it’s darker and trickier for some — and that’s fine, not every walk suits everyone — but our format has always been based around that 8 till 12:30 rhythm. It keeps the group consistent and works really well for most people.
We’ll always do our best to vary routes, lengths, and difficulty, but the early start helps make B123 Walks what it is — a great start to the day, not the whole day gone.
