I'm so excited to share my new page!

My Reiki journey started last year when looking to book
a holistic healing session for myself. After doing some research I decided to book a Reiki session and can only say that my experience was life changing!

With my goal set firmly in mind I achieved my Reiki Master Certificate in December 2022 and started to offer sessions to friends to family in my home Reiki room aka the Green Room. I have had such amazing feedback, I would love to offer sessions to anyone who feels they would benefit.

Just a little bit of information for anyone who doesn't know; Reiki is energy healing that promotes relaxation and reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. Practitioners of Reiki use their hands to deliver energy to your body, clearing any blockages in the chakra system which in turn will provide balance and will support healing of mind and body. During the session Crystals and Aromatherapy will also be incorporated.

Reiki sessions generally last 45 minutes and I currently charge £25 per session.
