I have been listening to the teachings of Pam Gregory Astrologer for a few years & find her fascinating.

Certainly last year, she predicted that life would ‘speed up’ and things would be fast paced, that we’d become a lot more intuitive (if we are open to it) and it could result in us feeling as though we are losing our mind! Such would be the seeming incomprehensibility of life as we know it.

Today I reached that point! 😂

It has been a slow build but certainly since the start of August, incidents and messages have been coming thick & fast - some admittedly that one would wish hadn’t at all 😢

This past week has been a peak of signs & information, maybe as we move towards the full blood moon lunar eclipse on Sunday evening in the UK.

All of these coincidences are signs that we are on the right path towards evolving as humans. So I’m currently feeling less freaked out and more reassured 🤗

This is something I do regularly, but maybe not regularly enough yet! 💫

Your body is always listening. Every word you speak about it becomes a command.

So when you speak with love, strength, and certainty, your body responds.

These aren’t just nice affirmations - they’re instructions to your subconscious mind, which takes everything you say as truth.

Your immune system is working for you 24 hours a day, even while you sleep. It protects you from bacteria, viruses, and illness. When you acknowledge its brilliance, thank it, and speak to it like a trusted friend, you create a powerful healing dialogue.

Say these words every day. Feel them, believe them, and know that your mind and body are always connected - and when they work together, you become unstoppable.

Partnering with the Holistic Life Foundation’s “Holistic Me” program, the school supports students with yoga, mindfulness, gardening, environmental cleanup, and even leadership roles as co-teachers. Parents have shared stories of their kids helping them de-stress by teaching them to breathe.
Since implementing this approach, the school has recorded zero suspensions since the 2014-15 year — a remarkable shift showing the power of self-regulation, reflection, and connection.)

Wow! 🤩 When I join the 7pm global meditation, this is an intensified version of what I have been seeing & feeling.

This is a clear message to me! My experience is of less beings, more sparsely spread out in a circle, only one tier deep and much further away from earth.

THIS is what I needed to see! There are more of us than I realised!

This is not in any way bypassing or denial of the atrocities being committed. I feel them deeply and do as much as I am able, to both protest & support. But somehow we have to alchemise that pain into hope & light for a much bigger change for the greater good.

If anyone is struggling with the intensity & difficulty of the energies right now, this is a great tutorial on what we can do to empower ourselves & take control to reduce their effect on us both mentally & physically 🤍

We can still help the causes we feel empathy for by doing whatever we are able to do in practical terms, but these things will help to lessen the impact on our mind & physical being 💜

🌍 NEW EARTH

For the past few years, I have been following astrologers who talked about the period that we are now experiencing. An era of dramatic global change, disruption, heartbreak & fear for so many.

It is incredibly difficult for people who feel deep empathy and also feel injustice very deeply to do & say nothing while whole countries & communities are suffering unimaginable persecution, devastation & extermination.

We can help in whatever practical way we can, speak up for the oppressed & participate in higher vibrational activities to support not only our own physical being but also the wider energy of the new earth. Whether you are aware or not, Earth is physically evolving right now.

If you are not sure what this means, or how to do this, I will post the link to a video that I found incredibly helpful from a very highly esteemed expert and yoga practitioner of around 50 years.

KARMA

I witness & hear of karmic events on a regular basis 💫

It’s not always as obvious as someone breaking their arm just after they were mean or rude to someone else 😂

Often, it can be a gradual realization after the event, that that amazing thing that just happened for you, out of the blue, is something that someone from our past, who made our life more difficult than it needed to be, or even a plain misery, would have been DESPERATE for! 😂

I can think of SO MANY examples of this! People I have met, randomly. Opportunities I’ve been given. Aspects of my life.

Next time something amazing happens for you, consider it a karmic reward & ponder who precisely may have paid for it in your past! I’ve got a whole string of them! 💫😃

I didn’t capture the full moon tonight (so here’s one I captured a few years back) but the experience of seeing it will stay with me forever.

Tonight’s full moon is of huge energetic significance due to ALL of the other astro stuff going on up there right now! So I made a point of placing my crystals in the window and looked out for it about 8pm I think.

The sky was full of thick, dark cloud, but there was a glow and a few gaps in the cloud in the same area. I waited, because last time this happened, it felt like Lady Luna put in a momentary personalized appearance, and the same happened for Ali Swift😂

Well! I didn’t have to wait long! Within seconds, a raggedy triangular gap appeared in the cloud, that was significantly brighter, and as though in a film, the moon slowly rose up from the base of the triangle, towards the apex, with the wind & clouds creating a flickering effect, then disappeared vertically! It literally looked ‘unreal’! Almost staged! 🤩

I always ask her what she is going to reveal or shine a light on …

As I walked away, the mantra “NOTHING & NO-ONE is more important than your good health & peace of mind” popped into my head, as clear as a bell! (There is just one person in my life that I would make an exception for)
