A huge shout out to mother & daughter duo Lulu & Julie! ⭐️

This week they both picked up their Gold Activity Awards, after building so much activity into their daily lives and even at work. What an incredible commitment to looking after themselves!

As if that wasn’t enough, Louise also picked up her fantastic 2.5 stone award and Slimmer of the Week!

Chelsea is doing an incredible job balancing life with a young family, birthdays, celebrations and everything else life throws her way… and she’s still smashing her weight loss like a superstar!🥰

Last week in group Tracy picked up her incredible 6 stone award, and what an achievement that is!

I often share Tracy’s journey because she is the definition of determination. She stays focused, keeps going, and the results just keep coming. She is absolutely flying in her weight loss and inspiring so many people along the way.

What a week for Joanne! ⭐️

Joanne decided to give her head a wobble, refocus, and come back absolutely swinging… and wow did it pay off!

This week she lost an incredible 11lbs, smashing straight through her 4 stone and 4.5 stone awards in one go!

What an achievement and such a powerful reminder of what can happen when you reset, dig deep and go again.

Helen is one of those members who truly shows what this journey is all about. She is the perfect example of someone who never gives up 💪🏻

She stays to group every week, holds herself accountable, learns more about herself each time, supports everyone around her… and of course always brings plenty of laughs too!🤗

Wendy only recently joined one of my Slimming World groups and has already achieved an amazing 1 stone weight loss!

She’s fully embraced the plan, stayed consistent, and the results are already showing. Losing a stone is a fantastic milestone and a brilliant start to her journey.

Tammy is absolutely flying since rejoining my Slimming World group! 🎉

In just a few short weeks she’s already collected her 1/2 stone award on week 2, Slimmer of the Week on week 3, and last week she smashed another 3lb loss to take Slimmer of the Week again! 🙌 She’s now so close to her 1 stone award and the momentum is incredible to watch 😍

This is the perfect reminder that there’s 𝕟𝕖𝕧𝕖𝕣 𝕒𝕟𝕪 𝕤𝕙𝕒𝕞𝕖 𝕚𝕟 𝕔𝕠𝕞𝕚𝕟𝕘 𝕓𝕒𝕔𝕜. Sometimes life happens, but when the time is right and you step back through those doors… amazing things can happen.

We start early on Thursdays! So FREE breakfast kicks off after the school run with our 9am weigh in 😋 drop the kiddies off and come and grab some healthy extra fibre brekkie and a cuppa and catch up with everyone after you’ve weighed in!

Then this evenings groups are 5pm & 6.30pm - kettle will be back on don’t worry 😉
