Next day of groups today is in CASTLE BROMWICH 🤩 I’ll be doing 3 sessions as usual, at St Clements Church opposite Tesco Express (136-140 Green Ln, Birmingham) and the entrance is around the back of the church, where the car park is - not the front doors you can see in that pic! Just follow my signs around the building 😁

What a comeback from Wendy! ⭐️

After a result on the scales last week she wasn’t happy with, Wendy came back focused and determined… and absolutely smashed it!

This week she lost an INCREDIBLE 7.5LBS at my Tile Cross Tuesday evening group, picking up her AMAZING 1.5 STONE AWARD 👏

Just goes to show that one week never defines you… it’s what you do next that counts!

Sometimes we all just need a little nudge… and Louise took hers and ran with it! 😁

After a gentle reminder midweek to get her head back in the game 👀😜, she came back to group with a fantastic 2.5lb loss, bagging Slimmer of the Week in our lovely little 4.30pm Castle Brom session.

Everyone in group was absolutely delighted for her. It just shows what can happen when you refocus and finish the week strong! 💪🏻

This week they both picked up their Gold Activity Awards, after building so much activity into their daily lives and even at work. What an incredible commitment to looking after themselves!
