Ok bit later than usual but I’ve had lots of messages asking for space for July so the bookings are now open for my Birmingham Newman University Sport and Fitness Centre classes. See the timetable pic for days & times and MESSAGE ME to secure your booking.

I’m NOT working the last week of July so 24th will be the last weekday class. I’m undecided on the last 2 Saturdays so the interest will make my mind up as to whether I work them or not 😝

See prices pic for bundles but make sure you send me your dates and as usual, no payment, no booking (required on first week).

Waiting lists are ridiculous at the min so if you’ve not yet tried a class but want to then get in touch! 🚴🏻‍♀️🚴

This is the (tired) face of a woman who has grafted (& I mean GRAFTED) all week with work/spin/the kids/dogs/having the house done and I’m now enjoying a beer (or 3 plus a bottle of red) to FINALLY relax and enjoy the work that’s been put in.
