Had the pleasure of reviewing someone today and having to differentiate between bursitis and Gout which he has history of.

There were usual tell tale signs of gout flare.

Today’s information suggests the 4 stages of gout.
Blood tests will not reveal raised Uric acid initially but confirm signs of inflammation when done during early signs of gout flare.

What’s that in inner thigh ?

Ever had a sharp random pain in thigh. Comes the goes?

Sometimes a groin sprain.

Irritating pain that you cannot sometimes replicate and comes on intermittently with great sharpness then fully resolves.
