Cure Leukaemia

Cure Leukaemia Cure Leukaemia funds research nurses at UK blood cancer centres, giving patients access to treatments through clinical trials.

This support drives global significant advancements in blood cancer, impacting those affected by the disease. Cure Leukaemia funds the national Trials Acceleration Programme (TAP) which delivers and gives patients access to globally significant and potentially life-saving blood cancer clinical trials. Cure Leukaemia funds specialist research nurses in 12 UK Hospitals and a facilitatory Hub based in Birmingham to accelerate setup, patients recruitment and delivery of pioneering blood cancer clinical trials. Through TAP trials can be setup in as little as 6 months compared to the standard timescale of up to 2 years. With more supporters, we will fund more nurses, we will run more clinical trials, we will save more lives, we will find a cure.

WOW! Thanks to our incredible , London 2 Paris 2025 has smashed £500k, raising a total of £501,894!

That means we can fund 10 clinical research nurses for a year - a vital resource to open up access to clinical trials for patients across the UK.
