Once you’ve posted your job on our site, we auto-match candidates who meet your needs and advertise across multiple sites to ensure you get the best choice of the most qualified applicants. Sign up only takes 5 minutes and we are on hand to help you during this process and beyond, as you require. Our annual fee, which may be covered by your personal health budget, is £96 per year, working out at just 27p a day. This includes unlimited recruitment searches, interviews, and hires of support staff for your own personal care - be it temporary or permanent and regardless of the skills being sought. Our Story

We know how difficult it can be to find the right personal care. We have first-hand, ongoing experience of helping relatives and friends to live independently at home - including our parents, grandparents, a very poorly aunt and close neighbours.

Working with our loved ones has taught us what a difference the right care and support can make. Over the years, we’ve learnt to find carers with the right skills, but also the right personality.

The real need for people to find their own assistants, quickly and without spending a lot on agencies, led us to create the UKCIL database.
