🧭 About the Role
You’ll be coordinating care for a team of over 50 staff, ensuring that clients receive high-quality service. This is a key position within our company, ideal for someone who enjoys structure, people management, and being at the heart of care delivery.
🔹 Please note: For the first 4 weeks, you will work in the field delivering care. This ensures you:
* Understand the needs and personalities of our clients
* Build relationships with our care staff
* Learn how we divide and manage geographical areas
Once you’ve developed this understanding, you’ll transition fully into the office—informed, confident, and ready to lead.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
* Create and maintain weekly rotas using Always On Time & Birdie
* Conduct care assessments, reviews, and spot checks
* Liaise with clients, families, and care staff to maintain excellent service standards
* Schedule team meetings and ensure policy updates are shared
* Collaborate with admin staff to organise ongoing training
* Step in to cover emergency care calls only when absolutely necessary
* Participate in the on-call rota where applicable — compensation is provided
This is a Monday–Friday, office-based role: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.�There is no remote or hybrid working.
✅ What We’re Looking For
* At least 1 year of experience in a care coordinator role
* NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (certificate will be required)
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own car
* Experience with rota systems and strong administrative skills
* Ability to communicate clearly, work under pressure, and problem-solve
* A sincere love for care and a natural leadership presence
