our amazing Wellbeing Lead 💜

Tracey has been part of the Heartlands family for over 20 years, making her one of our longest standing and most valued team members. Her dedication, kindness, and passion for what she does truly shine through every single day.
From residents to staff and visiting families, everyone absolutely adores her. She brings warmth, laughter, and genuine care to everything she does, helping make Heartlands feel like home for all.

Last week here at Heartlands we had such a lovely time celebrating our very own Oscars🎬✨

Residents got involved by making their own hats for the big day, which looked fantastic! We also shared a special film filled with some of our favourite moments from the past year.

25 of our residents received a certificate and trophy, and each had their moment walking down the red carpet - it was wonderful to see everyone smiling and enjoying themselves.

We finished the celebrations with a singalong and even a bit of hat throwing! 🎩🎶

✨Nick's Wish ✨

Nick has enjoyed playing snooker and pool in social clubs around Birmingham for many years. After work him and a friend would often play late into the evening which was something he always looked forward to.

Although Nick retired a few years ago, he never lost his love for the game. As he approaches his 70th birthday this May, his wish is simple - to keep playing regularly and continue doing something he has enjoyed for so many years.

Double the celebrations at Heartlands this week! 🎉🎂

It’s been a wonderful week here at Heartlands Care & Nursing Home as we celebrated two very special birthdays for our lovely Rose and Violet. There were smiles all around as everyone enjoyed delicious cake, cheerful company, and plenty of birthday wishes.
