Double the celebrations at Heartlands this week! 🎉🎂

It’s been a wonderful week here at Heartlands Care & Nursing Home as we celebrated two very special birthdays for our lovely Rose and Violet. There were smiles all around as everyone enjoyed delicious cake, cheerful company, and plenty of birthday wishes.

Happy Birthday to you both, we hope you had a truly special day surrounded by friends and laughter! 🎈

On Thursday last week we had some wonderful helpers come into our home. Woodlands School came to Heartlands to help make some birthday cards for a very special young girl!

Amelia is tuning 8 in march and has had such a strong fight. Sadly she is on palliative care and has made one wish! She wants to beat the UK record on how many birthday cards she can get! 🥳

Thank you to Heartlands and Woodlands school for supporting us with such a beautiful cause.

Indoor Football Fun! ⚽️

With the weather being too cold to take our residents outside, we’re making sure the fun and fitness continue indoors! Staying active is so important, and we love finding ways to keep everyone involved, whatever the weather.

Here’s a glimpse of our residents enjoying a fantastic game of indoor (sit-down) football!
