Well done to Sevgi, Who is our Customer Relations Manager!
Sevgi has shown real focus in her role and has taken good initiative with a recent admission taking a keen interest into their cultural/religious needs gaining further information and knowledge so that we can best support this person as a team. Wonderful feedback received from the resident and their family about her approach and how supportive she has been.
We had a new resident admitted to the home who is Jewish. Sevgi made sure everything was in place for him and that all the departments understood his needs. She ensure that he had a good Passover which an important religious festival, coming into the home on her days off to make sure the staff knew what they needed to do.
