The weather was in our favour and everyone had a wonderful time!

The music was playing. food was being served and drinks were on the go! 😁

Heartlands would like to take a moment to say a huge thank-you to the family that helped make this day so successful!
The Hamilton's were incredible and made all the food that was served! We can not thank you enough for what you did! 🥳

We are not just a care home but we are a family💜
