Our tailored culturally sensitive personalised care helps achieve positive outcomes by safeguarding the most vulnerable, offering choice, creating independence and helping people build a better life. We seek to achieve this through engaging with people, assessing their needs and working in partnership with a range of agencies to provide co-ordinated care pathways that include substance abuse ,Gangs mentoring support ,housing, employment, education and training
