t’s a weird thing, being a full time mum and when I tell people this (as well as attempting to run my own business but that’s another story 😅) people look at me like I’m mad. Or at least it’s the insecurity in me that thinks that. I’ve always felt embarrassed to say that I’m a full time mum. I’m not sure why because it’s the hardest and longest job that I’ll ever have. The constant anxiety, paranoia and stress that you have when you feel like something isn’t right (such as when they don’t eat 😑) stays with you until forever. Then to top it all off, when you say that you also homeschool, people look at you like you’ve got 2 heads 👹👹
Motherhood isn’t easy and it’s full of mixed emotions but you’ve got to do what works for you and your family. So if you’re fortunate to have children, hold on tight and love them unconditionally because everything passes by so quickly.
