This client came to see me with problems with her posture due to work and starting back in the gym. She also was having lower back pain what was starting to affect her everyday life.

Body assessment.
*lower back pain.
*tightness in hips.
*a bit of restricted movement in shoulders.
*shoulders rolled forward.
*tightness in middle back.
*tightness in her neck.

After 90mins massage.
*no lower back pain.
*free of tightness in hips.
*full ROM in shoulders.

💥POSTURE CORRECTION 💥

This client came to me due to having problems with his shoulders been unaligned which was restricting his ROM. Which was a knock on effect the rest of his body.

Body assessment.
*shoulders unaligned.
*restricted movement in right shoulder.
*shoulders rolled forward.
*right oblique tight.
*tightness in hips.

After 90mins massage.
*shoulders realigned.
*full ROM back in right shoulder.
*posture reset.
*obliques released and free of tightness.
*free of tightness in hips.

💥POSTURE CORRECTION💥

Body assessment.
* neck pain and restricted movement from left to right.
* shoulder issues. Left shoulder lower than right, restricted movement in shoulders( especially left).
* left shoulder blade lower than right, causing pain in middle of his back and when he lifts arms above his head.
* tightness in obliques(especially left).
* hips and glutes super tight.
* due to tightness in hips, glutes and hamstrings causing knee problems and making his legs turn in.
* due to tightness in hips, glutes, hamstrings and achilles making his feet turn out and achilles been super sore.

After 90mins massage.
* posture corrected and back in natural position, free of tightness, soreness and pain with full ROM throughout his body.👌🏿🙌🏿💆🏿🙋🏿‍♂️

Just a quick update....as of 1st may I will be putting my price up by £10. I know it's seems alot but I've been massaging now for nearly 6yrs and I kept my prices the same from the 1st day till now. Even when cost of living as gone through the roof I've kept my prices the same when others have put there's up.

But now it's come the time when I just have too, so from 1st may:

60mins massage £55(£60 on card)
90mins massage £80(£85 on card)
2hrs massage £110(£115 on card).

This regular client came to see me again because of how bad her back was and the pain and discomfort she had been getting. This was down to her been a regular at her local gym and also doing the classes. She was in some discomfort🤦🏿‍♂️🫣

Body assessment.
*shoulders, neck very tight.
*tightness in and around her shoulder blades.(look how her right shoulder blade is lower than her left blade🤦🏿‍♂️🫣).
*posture rolled forward.
*tightness round her rotator cuffs.

After 60mins massage.
*shoulders and neck tightness released and back in natural position.
*shoulder blades realigned. Tightness gone.
*posture back in natural position.
*full ROM in rotator cuffs.

This client came to see me due to having problems with her left shoulder. She couldn't raise her left arm up above shoulder hight and due to this she couldn't go the gym and do her normal workouts and was impacting in her daily life.

*Poor ROM in left shoulder.
*tightness in and around her shoulder blades.
*tightness in her neck.
*tightness in both shoulders.
*discomfort round her rotator cuff.

After 60mins massage.
*90% full ROM in left shoulder.
*free of tightness in and around her shoulder blades.
* ROM in her neck.
*free of tightness in shoulders.
*90% of the discomfort gone around her rotator cuff.

This client came to see me with worries about her slight curvature in her spine at the base getting to get worse. Which was making her posture be all out has you can see on the left picture.

Body assessment.
*Poor posture.
*shoulders unaligned.
*shoulders rolled too far forward.
*tightness and poor ROM in her neck.
*tightness in and around her left shoulder blade.
*tightness in lower back.
*lower back twisted more to the left side.
