A couple of weeks i was asked if I would like opportunity to work with the Great Britain youth flag football team at the training camp, to provide them with 1st aid pitchside, taping and strapping.

What a day and what an experience to see the talented youth at their best and also where they aren't in an environment where their not stuck at home on their computers or head in phone.

Thank you for the opportunity and must of done something right as they want me back for next month and for 2 days.👌🏿

A couple of weeks i was asked if I would like opportunity to work with the Great Britain youth flag football team at the training camp, to provide them with 1st aid pitchside, taping and strapping.

This client came to see due to her has started a 12 week transformation programme with his pt. He was struggling with his back and how tight it had become, and was stopping him reaching his full ROM when exercising.

Body assessment.
*tightness in his shoulders.
*shoulders rolled forward.
*tightness in his middle/lower back.
*tightness in his hips.
*tightness in his chest.

After 90mins massage.
*posture reset.
*shoulders back in natural position.
*tightness in his shoulders gone.
*tightness in his back gone.
*hips back in natural position and tightness free.
*tightness in his chest gone.

A clients who has been in martial arts for over 30yrs and hasn't had a spots massage for over 10yrs, all that impact on the body has got his body in a bad way. After 1 massage was able to able to get his body back to 85% of his natural position but still a few more massages to get him 100% back.
