Led by Donna Stanley, this intimate and friendly group meets every Friday over tea or coffee in Solihull Well Being Clinic's peaceful library room, from 10-11am, this is a fantastic way to raise spirits, make friends, feel good and gain clarity of mind! The sessions usually cost £7.50 per visit, but we can offer a 4 week voucher for just £20 !!! Please email in and we can issue the voucher unlock code, together with a printable e-version of the voucher, for you to share on Chsitsmas Day.

We felt very blessed to be invited to the Royal Carol Service at Westminster Abbey on 5th Dec 2025, in the presence of HRH Princess Catherine and HRH Prince William. It was an inspiring service, and we were privileged to sit alongside members of the armed forces, national charities and a host of beloved celebrities and voluntary organisations. The message of understanding, love and togetherness is needed more than ever as we face the challenges of our modern world. Faith can be a great strength in times of celebration and tribulation alike. We wish all our friends, colleagues, clients and local community members a Merry Christmas.

FREE SUPERVISION at SOLIHULL WELLBEING CLINIC

Anna Evans, a counsellor at Solihull Wellbeing Clinic, is currently undertaking a Level 6 qualification in Supervision​ and is seeking two or more supervisees. She is offering up to 15 hours of free supervision to support her training.​ She may need to charge a small fee to cover room hire costs, and will nego.

If you are interested in participating, or know someone who might be, please get in touch.

​A​nna has appointments available after 5 p.m. on weekdays and on Saturdays.

**About Anna's Therapy Practice:**
​A​nna ​i​s a person-centred counsellor with over 17 years of varied experience, including youth work, bereavement, and working with neurodiversity, among other areas. ​S​he currently manage​s a general practice with a diverse client base.

**Practice Description:**
As part of ​h​er supervision training, ​A​nna ​i​s looking for supervisees to join ​h​er in a safe, confidential, and professional space. ​S​he will support ​s​upervisees in exploring ​t​heir client work and maintaining ethical practice as prescribed by the BACP. ​A​nna welcome​s both qualified counsellors and student​ counsellors.
