Myrcella came to see us after previously being told her ear had already been cleared and that all the wax had been removed.
But something still didn’t feel right…
On closer inspection, we discovered a huge blockage still sitting deep in the ear canal that had been completely missed. Once we carefully removed it, the ear was finally clear.
