A massive thank you to all our amazing carers who were out delivering care this weekend. The weather was causing many issues to everyone and making it very difficult to travel, but our team still managed to get to our service users to make sure they were safe! The Care2Home team recently raised £352.50 for Macmillan Cancer Support. This was a great event and we would like to thank everyone who came along to support. 👏

Macmillian Cancer Supoort is one of the largest charities in the UK and does fantastic work everyday to support those affected by cancer! 💚
