When we say exfoliation this is what we think of isn’t it? But there’s so many products to help speed up our skins exfoliation process- which is super important as everything slows down as we age (Not just for oily skin types- which is what I used to think!)

🤍Physical exfoliation: scrubs, brushes, dermaplanning — they buff the surface but some can be too harsh for sensitive skin.

🤍Chemical exfoliation: acids like glycolic, lactic, or salicylic that dissolve dead skin gently and evenly.
