Hi Everyone, On Saturday 7th December I am hosting an event to raise funds for The Four Wells Project, which is helping Indigenous villages in the Brazilian Amazon build wells to access clean water.

To support this I am hosting a wonderful event with renowned multi-instrumentalist Ravi Freeman and friends at the Fold, Bransford Worcester on 7th December. Of Fire & Ice: to the Centre of Duality

A few months back, I spontaneously fell into a vision, it was like a transportation where I became the scene, of seas of fire and ice stretching far across the cosmos. the point at which they met a bridge of strong, flexible balance. Like a long trampoline rainbow road. Occasionally I see in this way, and it takes months to unfold into a lived experience.

This meeting of fire and ice is the meeting and balance of the sacred masculine and feminine. One of the most profound and healing journeys in life. A wonderful teacher of mine, Claudia Goncalves (Edinburgh Shamanic Centre) once told me that once we have returned to the mother, we can then return to the father. I knew this as truth within and her words have always stayed with me, yet at that time heard and
understood only superficially.

The actuality of it as the energy of this washes through me is indescribable. Universal unconditional love washing through me and mirroring to me the places where it can not move, and giving me the full force of feeling them. All this time I thought I was on the healing journey (and I was, there has been a lot to resolve and connect with) and this was just the pre-prep!

I did not comprehend the experiential, the vastness and enormity at all! It is truly cosmic. There is absolutely no hiding in ego, everything is mirrored back - small and mighty. Nothing less than accountability and effective action will suffice. Its like right. This is it. Deal with your self worth, take action or you are going nowhere. A stark choice to really embody unconditional love and extend to others in a way which allows true balance. With all the work that entails (the stark reality) or continue to feel fear within the waves, and the waves are strong. This is a journey of true integrity, accountability, trust and unconditional love. Surrender.

I understand this as an invitation to walk the rainbow bridge and reach the metaphorical pot of gold. I used to call it the Golden Valley, this central path of freedom in the Yin Yang. The same in different perceptions of it. We can know it in our core being, the knowing of it. The sensation of it emotionally and spiritually are at a different level.

For me, it is nothing less than the true embodied union of the Divine Feminine and Masculine within. All the elements that are out of balance, are calling for attention to help facilitate this. Fire, Water, Earth, Air and Space.
