Phone line update

We are still doing all we can to get our external phone lines working as quickly as possible.

If you need to contact the village in an emergency, please call 07976441463 for now.

Please be assured that the daily welfare (M1) checks are being completed manually. Our warden call (pendant and pull cord) and fire systems are also working normally.

Residents can still call down to reception if they need support.

We currently can't send or receive external calls from our village phones. We are doing everything we can to get this working as quickly as possible.
Please be assured that all of our safety systems (e.g. fire alarms, pull cords, pendants) are working correctly.
