Osteoporosis is a condition where your bones lose strength. This causes weakness and the bone affected is more susceptible to fracture. It occurs as part of the natural ageing process and is more common in women especially after the menopause. It primarily affects the hip, wrist or spine.

Physiotherapy can help by:

- Prescribing safe and effective exercises to improve strength, balance and co--ordination and so help reduce the risk of trips and falls that may cause fractures
- Providing advice and education on how best to manage your condition
- Help with pain relief if you have sustained a fracture

Looking for physio near you? We have many QAP’s that specialise in the treatment of osteoporosis, find one here, remember to look out for the QAP logos: https://bit.ly/3AkrZzu

A flurry of reviews for Arti's headache & vertigo treatment!
Thank you ladies for putting your words in writing.

'Such a lovely, warm, professional welcome which puts you at ease straight away. The staff being so approachable and friendly, makes the visit a joy.
I’ve suffered from migraines for many many years and the wonderful physiotherapist has worked a miracle! Very knowledgeable and understanding.
Have recommended to many others already and will continue to do so, for a long time to come.
A pleasure to meet such lovely people who are also amazing at their job…a real treasure x'

'I can't thank Arti enough for the exceptional care she is given to me. I've been visiting her for two years now and my health quality has improved considerably. Not only I received an outstanding treatment with my vertigo symptoms but also guided and referred to external specialist when required as Arti does not focus on treating just your symptoms but finding the whole cause and triggers of it. My case was a complicated one, and she went beyond and above to help me get better. I will continue visiting her so I don't suffer from this again, but I absolutely recommend anyone paying a visit to St Paul's Physio and especially Arti if you experience vertigo issues'
