Marian Hanson is a qualified Counsellor who provides a quality counselling service specialising in couples counselling, individuals with stress and individuals with depression. The aim is to assess the needs of each client and assist them in finding solutions to their issues in a non-judgemental, person-centred and confidential way.

I’m really noticing the difference in my energy levels from trying different health drinks throughout this month. This one is a banana, mango, and matcha smoothie from M&S. They can sometimes be a bit expensive as this was £2.50 but I definitely feel better overall when I drink healthy drinks. What’s your favourite health drink?
