Marian Hanson is a qualified Counsellor who provides a quality counselling service specialising in couples counselling, individuals with stress and individuals with depression. The aim is to assess the needs of each client and assist them in finding solutions to their issues in a non-judgemental, person-centred and confidential way.

🎗️Get involved in fundraising activities for charities such as MIND, CALM, The Samaritans. Donate if you can.
🧑‍🧑‍🧒. Check in on your loved ones. Let them know that it’s okay not to be okay.
🏃🏽‍♀️‍➡️ If you’re struggling, reach out for help. Create consistent habits and routines that ground you. Limit the things that are causing stress, low moods, or anxiety.
📚Research, Educate, Inform - Gain knowledge about mental health so that you can help yourself and others.
