Recently I achieved something that I have been working towards for a really long time!

After working closely with my programme leader Andy (who was more like a business coach and mentor to me) over the last 18 months - I have finally completed the Enterprise programme, which has allowed me to launch my business with support from the amazing people at The King's Trust 😁

This means that I've been given some really useful help and guidance in creating my business plan, financial tables and the funds to buy some necessary materials and software to get my business up and running.

So please stay tuned, engage with me on my journey and I will try encourage you as you follow along with me in building my nutrition business 🙏

3 weeks into the 75hard challenge and here are some of my main highlights 😁

A reminder of the daily rules for anyone interested in taking part. Remember, if you miss a day, you have to start over:
Exercise 2x 45mins (at least 1 has to be outside)
Drink 1 gallon/3.8L of water
Take progress photos/videos
Read 10 pages of a non fiction book
Stick to a diet with no snacking
