Hey!
Welcome to my new-trition page 🤭 that's right, I'm probably as new to this FB page as you are to knowing what a nutritionist is!
That's not to say I'm not familiar with food diaries, nutritional guidance and the importance of eating healthy. Here's a little bit about my background:
After gaining a distinction* in Level 3 Extended diploma in Sports Development (coaching and fitness), I worked for a non-for-profit organisation in America as a sports instructor which led me to work with children at half term camps in the West Midlands area where we would briefly discuss nutrition. This opened up a whole new avenue for me, so I decided to become a Personal Trainer at Pure Gym to try and find some clients I could help get fitter and healthier.
This is where there was a sudden and very drastic change in my life. I had always been a happy go lucky, eat what you want and drink til you can't stand up kind of guy. But this all changed in 2016, within a month of working at PureGym in Walsall- I decided to quit after paying my yearly license fee of over £300 and only just having qualified as a Level 2 Gym instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer.
I had felt a strong desire to get my life on track, to change the very roots of who I was. Having previously struggled with alcohol dependency and addictions to recreational drugs, I found my life crumbling at it's very weak foundation that I had spent years building up. I lost friends, family relationships were strained and even my career and education prospects seemed now non-existent. But what I did find was peace and love that I'd been searching for all my life.
Soon after, I started my own PT business from the ground up and worked with companies such as STRIIT, The Gym Group, Royal Carribbean International and most recently Origym where I became a qualified Nutrionist. Now it is my life's mission to help teach you the secrets that I have learnt which have helped me to live a richer, fuller and more abundant life.
