Leave your name and email address in the comments section along with the words “Eyecare Student Event” when donating and we will log your details and invite you to the event.
The event will start at 9.30am for registration followed by a series of hands-on skills workshops with a number of exhibitors. You will get expert advice and guidance from industry experts on a number of stations covering everything from OCT imaging and interpretation, BIO headset, Ret and Ophthalmoscopy skills, GDPR & practice management software use, dry eye treatments, foreign body removal and more!
Following on from the skills workshops you will spend time with the Out Of The Box team along with Lorcan Butler from the Brain Tumour Charity and our team of industry experts for a talk about career options and pathways, followed by an OSCE demo session and panel session with members of our industry bodies and the OCCS.
After the session has finished you are welcome to stay and enjoy the exhibition, network and get to know people in the industry. At 5.30pm we will be hosting a drinks reception and drawing the prizes for the charity raffle. You are welcome to join us for a free glass of fizz or soft drink if you wish.
