It's colder weather season! ❄⛄

Many of you will already know what that means..

However for those who don't it's something to watch!
Chilblain season is ahead! 🚨

Chilblains can occurs on the toes and under the feet and normally start by the toes going quite red or sometimes purple. But they can get quite nasty if not taken care of.

The best way to help your feet during chilblain season is:
1. ⚠ NEVER quickly warm up cold feet ie by using a fire or hot water bottle. ALWAYS let them warm up gradually. ⚠
2. Wear thick winter socks, or cotton & bamboo which will keep your feet warm 🧦
