Hello I am a traditional Hatha teacher of the slow, mindful kind. Classes @ Rowheath Pavilion, Bournville and Cotteridge Friends Meeting House, Birmingham. I guide Yoga that benefits your nervous system! We could all do with a dose of self compassion and that’s at the forefront too…

✨ This morning I had the joy of sharing yoga at a Dementia Café with the Alzheimer’s Society. Together we found soft breaths, moved with kind curiosity, adding stimulation with body tapping and rested in a quiet moment of ease.

Join us every Wednesday 9:20–10:10am at The Bulls Head Pub for a slow and mindful yoga class designed to help with:
🌿 Back pain
🌿 Sleep issues
🌿 Stress
🌿 Perimenopause support
No need to be bendy or experienced — this class is about moving kindly, releasing tension and finding a calmer start to your day.
Most weeks we also stay on afterwards for a cuppa ☕ and a chat at Chasmann— a lovely way to connect with others and feel part of a friendly little community.
And here’s a thought to carry with you: Is the goal of yoga simply to make us healthier, so we can live longer lives? I believe the yoga I offer can benefit a wide range of people, maybe even leading to prolonging your life!
