ere all born at home in water. Her experiences were joyful, thrilling, and empowering. During her first 2 pregnancies, she attended pregnancy yoga classes with Lindsay Clarke who taught her about Active Birth. Paula had two quick and relatively easy births, mainly attributed to what she had learned in Lindsay’s pregnancy yoga classes. Following such fantastic birth experiences, Paula spent the next 3 years training with Janet Balaskas at the Active Birth Centre in London to become an Active Birth Pregnancy Yoga teacher. She has been teaching pregnancy yoga since May 2005, and has helped over 1000 women gain the confidence to birth their babies in their own individual way.
