Fit Your Bike Professional bike fitting in the Midlands, specialising in road, time trial and aero fitting.

We are a specialist bike fitting service, using our expertise in physiotherapy and cycling to tailor each experience to you. Our physiotherapist Bianca has particular interest in female specific bike fitting, and has a wide range of experience fitting complex problems. We now have our own studio in Wickford, Essex, and will be moving to the University of Birmingham's High Performance lab soon.

Update - apologies for all those who have made enquiries as to appointments, only to find none in the diary.

Unfortunately this time of year starts to become busy because it's approaching pre-season, therefore most slots are now booked until January.

However, there has been a cancellation for tomorrow at 9am. If anyone would like it, please email contact@fityourbike.co.uk and we would be more than happy to book it.

Just because you are a female and you have bought a women's specific bike, doesn't automatically mean the components are correct for you.

Interesting to see this size small bike (often equivalent to a men's XS) come with 40cm handlebars and 170mm cranks.

In addition, hydraulic shifters always offer an interesting perspective if you have small hands!
